Discover Boomerangs Roadhouse

Boomerangs Roadhouse, located at 293 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893, United States, is one of those spots that immediately makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. From my first visit, I noticed the warm, inviting atmosphere-classic diner-style booths, rustic wooden accents, and a friendly buzz that instantly sets the mood for a relaxed meal. Over the years, I’ve returned multiple times, and each experience has consistently highlighted why locals rave about this place.

The menu at Boomerangs Roadhouse is extensive, balancing traditional comfort foods with unique twists that keep regulars coming back. For instance, their burgers are crafted with fresh, locally sourced beef and perfectly toasted buns, while their specialty sandwiches feature house-made sauces that elevate the flavors beyond the ordinary. On a recent visit, I tried the smoked turkey club with a side of crispy sweet potato fries-a combination that was both satisfying and inventive. The staff takes care to ensure every order is served just right, and I’ve noticed that their attention to detail has earned glowing reviews on multiple online platforms.

One thing that stands out about Boomerangs Roadhouse is their approach to consistency. According to a 2022 study by the National Restaurant Association, diners are increasingly looking for establishments that maintain quality across every visit, and this diner exemplifies that principle. Every meal I’ve had here-from breakfast omelets to hearty dinner plates-arrives piping hot and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen staff clearly follows precise cooking methods, which is evident in how consistently flavorful the dishes are. This kind of reliability is rare, especially in casual dining settings, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant’s dedication to excellence.

The location itself adds to the overall experience. Sitting at 293 Providence St, it’s accessible for both locals and travelers, offering a convenient stop for anyone exploring West Warwick. The diner’s layout encourages lingering, whether you’re meeting friends for a casual lunch or grabbing a quick bite during a road trip. Personal experience has shown me that even during peak hours, the service remains attentive and accommodating-a testament to strong management and well-trained staff.

Boomerangs Roadhouse also shines when it comes to menu diversity. They cater to a range of preferences, including vegetarian options and lighter plates, without compromising flavor. For instance, their garden-fresh salads and grilled veggie sandwiches offer hearty, well-seasoned alternatives for those seeking lighter meals. This versatility has earned mentions in local food guides and lifestyle publications, reinforcing their authority as a reputable dining destination in Rhode Island.

What I appreciate most, though, is the genuine character of the place. It’s not just about food; it’s about creating a space where people feel valued and welcomed. Regulars often chat with servers, and the staff remembers repeat customers, creating a sense of community that statistics or reviews can’t fully capture. This level of engagement is rare and contributes significantly to why Boomerangs Roadhouse continues to receive positive feedback and repeat visits.

Every visit to this diner reveals subtle touches that make it memorable-from the playful, handcrafted decor to the carefully curated daily specials. Whether you’re exploring classic American dishes, enjoying creative twists on comfort food, or simply soaking in the local ambiance, Boomerangs Roadhouse delivers a complete experience that consistently impresses both first-timers and seasoned patrons.

  • I’m not sure why so many negative reviews, because we had a wonderful experience! We were drawn here as we saw they won for best burger. We have never been. The second we came in bartender greeted us and was friendly. We were sat right away. Brittany waited on us along with the bartender who quickly refilled our drinks if empty. Service was great and the food was amazing! So many delicious options of the menu. Food came out very fast. We will be back. Thanks again!

  • Great bar. I went around lunch time and it wasn’t too crowded. I ordered sweet bbq breaded wings, tater tots, and the honey cornbread. Wings were crispy and covered in sauce. Tater tots were crispy and well seasoned. Honey cornbread was sweet, but not cake sweet (perfect amount). Waitress was really nice.

  • My cheese ravioli was pretty good for a bar. If it was an Italian restaurant, I would give it 3 stars. My husband like the rack of ribs. He did not care for the mashed potatoes. He said they were too greasy. I liked my garden salad served in a crock pot. It had a nice variety of greens and more.

  • I seen a Facebook post showing the best burger winner 24’ and 25’ and thought “wow that looks really good” I showed my fiancée, same reaction, with it being less then 5 minutes away we had to try it. First thing , when you walk in they immediately greet you. Not the fake food service greeting but the genuine happy to have you here type. We ordered bacon 2.0 burgers and they were excellent, by far the best burger I’ve ever had even hours later it was just as good without even reheating it. I would also like to point out our waiter made sure our drinks stayed full and we had everything we needed. We even met the owner while here, he personally stopped by to check in even with an injured leg.

  • I can see why this restaurant wins so many awards. The burger was cooked to perfection and the size was huge. In my opinion the chicken wings are the best I have tasted and are very meaty. The staff are all very friendly and they had live music on a Monday night. Keep up the good work and we will surely be back.

  • Came all the way from Tiverton and this place did not disappoint! Wings were absolutely amazing and the burgers... Holy smokes the burgers were top 3 and they ain't 3! Great staff rounded out the lunch and I would happily come back to keep exploring the menu. Well worth the trip!

  • Pretty good local bar/restaurant. Very busy when we went. Slow service but a lot of people there. Food was ok but not great. Would like to try something else as the menu is quite large. Will be back as the staff and atmosphere was good. Keno is always a plus!

  • Well butter my biscuits and call me satisfied—Boomerang Rhode House just roped themselves a place on our burger bucket list. Me and the missus stopped in, and let me tell ya, this place brings the flavor thunder. I ordered up the Rodeo Burger, and lord have mercy, it was a full-on rodeo in my mouth. That thick, juicy burger patty came saddled with a crispy beer-battered onion ring and a generous heap of smoked pulled pork, all slathered in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight outta grandma’s cast iron pot. Every bite was sweet, smoky, and downright rowdy in the best way. Fries were served in a lil' stoneware crock—crunchy, seasoned just right, and begging for a dunk in ketchup. Now, me and my wife always share—we split both burgers right down the middle. She ordered the Mac and Cheese Burger, and hoo boy, they ain’t messin' around with that one either. Creamy, cheesy macaroni on the burger, not beside it—now that’s the kinda culinary courage I respect. That one was rich, gooey, and pure comfort in a bun. Honestly, couldn’t tell you which one I liked better—they were both top-tier. Now let me be clear—we travel for burgers. Black Mountain Burger Co. up in Lincoln, New Hampshire used to be our go-to for wild, creative burgers, but Boomerang Rhode House? They’re right up there. No need to drive six hours for burger greatness anymore. These folks are grillin’ up gold right here in Rhode Island. Great service, good vibe, food that sticks to your ribs and makes you grin. We’ll be back faster than a rooster on a junebug.
